Clint Park

Director of Sovereign’s Capital Business Consulting Group

Clint Park serves as the Director of Sovereign’s Capital Business Consulting Group. Prior to joining Sovereign’s, Clint worked as a Senior Business Consulting Advisor for Ronald Blue Trust. In his role, Clint advised business owners regarding practically applying biblical wisdom to build healthy, valuable businesses. This work includes strategic and corporate financial planning, business succession planning, advisory services, business generosity planning, organizational health assessment and corporate culture design. Clint has also served the middle market business owners for over 15 years, providing commercial and investment banking advisory services. Clint also served as a Relationship Manager with Fifth Third Bank, where he worked to build and develop relationships with businesses.

Clint earned an MBA in Finance/Strategy from the University of North Carolina and graduated summa cum laude with a Finance degree from Villanova University. Clint is an active member of his local church and has led several mission trips to Haiti. Clint and his wife, Robin, live in Canton, GA and have a son and a daughter.

Chris serves as a Strategic Partner in Corporate Culture Development for the Business Consulting Group at Sovereign’s Capital. He is the founder and managing partner of Always About People. With 20+ years of experience in rapidly growing organizations, Chris has developed an ability to establish clarity, build culture and develop leaders. Chris has worked with leaders across diverse industries and sectors, who have all benefited from his passion, experience, and practical insights. As a trusted advisor and consultant, he has helped multiple organizations create the cultural clarity necessary for their next phase of growth. When it comes to scaling a business into its next phase of growth, Chris’s transformational leadership approach continues to breed success.

Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Business and Christian Education from Wheaton College. Chicago is where he is originally from, but Charlotte is home to the Allen crew. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie, and their four children, where there is never a dull moment. On the weekend, Chris is reading a book outside, anxiously watching a soccer game (wishing he was still playing) or having an authentic conversation with friends.

Dr. Andy Ward is a licensed psychologist who has worked as a trusted consultant and ally to business leaders for nearly 30 years. He is regularly sought out to identify the right candidate for executive roles and to help cultivate high performing teams through both strategic thinking and emotional intelligence skills. His clinical and organizational psychology experience allows him to be particularly helpful to family businesses that navigate complex dynamics interpersonally and within the organization, and to provide trusted guidance through internal and external transitions of ownership.

Clinton Hicks is a Brand & Marketing Advisor with more than 15 years of experience spanning technology, SaaS, nonprofit leadership, ministry, and family-owned businesses. As founder and principal consultant of Websynt, he has advised more than 50 small and family-owned businesses on branding, digital strategy, website modernization, technology, and customer experience.

Clinton graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University, combining Counseling and Business Management Information Systems. His approach brings together strategic thinking, technical understanding, and a deep commitment to people—helping organizations clarify their identity, communicate their value, and grow with purpose.
